I just wanted everyone to know that everything in my blog is my personal opinion and no one else's. I'm just trying to tell you what worked for me, or post something I think will be useful. I may occasionally share something but I will try to respect the other writers and give credit where credit is due. I don't want you to take my words as the only thing to help you on your journey as a caregiver.

 I have no monetary interest in any product I may recommend (wish I did).

I just want to  talk to you about what might be an useful adjunct for your caring. This means that before you change anything, ALWAYS talk to your  doctor... just because something is natural doesn't mean it can't hurt you. (Aspirin and White Willow Bark allergy comes to mind).

Always be assured that  I'll try to give you the most accurate information that I can but that's all it is....information. But as we know, information is power so I hope that the information that I give  you will help you in your caregiving journey.

 I'll also say that anyone who comments on my blog...that it's their opinion and not mine but I'll try to keep up with the robo-answers and I'll never post comments from truly dysfunctional trolls. I'm all for free speech but if you knock me or some of my friends ( I've got a bunch in about every community from A to Z and then some) Watch Out!
